The Summer Reset did everything I hoped and more!

It reset my erratic appetite and digestive issues while treating me to the most delicious recipes. Fran is a wealth of knowledge and so helpful with any questions I had. Doing this in a group really helped me stick with it and made it fun. The rest has reignited my spark for food again, and the recipes will definitely becoming family favourites – especially the brain boosting happiness granola. I’m so glad I did this, it’s amazing how much can change in 7 days!

This week was about putting into practice a lot of things that I already knew but did not follow.

I had good excuses like “no time for cooking properly”, “not the right moment”, etc. Being so properly guided by Fran was incredible. She gave us all the keys, great recipes to follow and also explained thoroughly why she had chosen each ingredient, and why it was important to add more protein. Apart from eating, she also gave us other tips to feel better, like starting the day with daylight, drinking enough, etc… She was giving us explanations daily on how to feel better. She was involved with the group but also for each person depending on personal needs. She is indeed a great coach, and a very devoted and human.

I followed a Resync Seasonal Reset week with Fran and I recommend it to anyone who would like to kickstart a change in eating habits.

I was eating quite well, organic and fresh, but always the same: soups in winter and salads in summer. I had problems with my sleep, I was feeling tired and stressed and with needs for regular snacks. During the Reset, we were given very good recipes, full of vegetables, protein and fruit (and most of all delicious). Fran followed the group closely with questions, answers, good advice. She really helped us a lot in achieving our goals. Mine was to stop some bad habits like coffee and snacks, which I achieved. Actually, I was so happy with the results that I decided sign up for the 1:1 programme. I know adopting new habits takes time, so I am confident that with a bit more time, I will get there. I am very thankful to Fran for being a great coach, not only for food but all the other advice she gave us to feel better in our daily life, from the very first step out of bed.
