It was so interesting to learn which food groups help which part of the body and therefore assist with hormone balance. Hi, I’m Fran, a certified Nutrition & Lifestyle Advisor and founder of Resync Wellness.

I created this reset after my own experience of feeling burnt out, bloated, and overwhelmed — even though I thought I was doing all the right things. Like so many of my clients, I was stuck in a cycle of chasing energy, battling cravings, and juggling way too much.

But when I started tuning into my body’s natural rhythms — instead of fighting them — everything changed.

Now, I help others reconnect with their energy, support their metabolism and hormones, and feel calm and clear around food again. And I’d love to support you too.

How do I know this programme is right for me?
This reset is perfect if you’re feeling drained, stuck or overwhelmed — and you’re ready to get back on track in a gentle, sustainable way. It’s not about perfection, but progress. You’ll be guided by me, a qualified nutrition and lifestyle advisor, every step of the way.

What is the cost of the programme?
It’s £57 for the full 7-day reset. This includes the full meal plan, resources, and support via the WhatsApp group. Your pack will be sent out on Wednesday 11th June.

Can I join with a friend?
Yes – in fact, it can be even more fun that way! Invite a friend and reset together for extra accountability (and take advantage of the 2 for £69 price).

Do I get any 1:1 support from you?
There’s no 1:1 included, but I’ll be fully present in our private WhatsApp group for the 7 days – answering questions, sharing tips, and cheering you on every step of the way. If you’d like to explore working together more deeply afterwards, I’ll share options with you at the end.

Are supplements included?
No supplements are included – my approach is rooted in food first. If we identify any gaps or support needs during the programme, I’ll offer personalised programmes you can explore after the reset.

What happens after the reset?
You’ll have the opportunity to continue your journey with me if you’d like ongoing support. This 7-day reset is often the first step in a bigger transformation — and I’d be honoured to support you beyond it.
